By purchasing a Jen Maddocks Designs product you are purchasing a license to use these products for personal use and you agree to the following terms:
All components may be altered in terms of color and size to meet your personal requirements, as long as these altered files are not redistributed or resold individually or as part of a collection.
You may use these papers, kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines, online galleries, online forums or printed material for publication, giving proper credit to Jen Maddocks Designs and www.jenmaddocks.com, including any graphic you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.
You may create original art work for others, in terms of gifts for family and friends, as long as profit is NOT sought for this service (ie scrap for hire), and credit is provided to Jen Maddocks Designs of www.jenmaddocks.com.
You may not use templates or premade pages for publication or sale on ebay, etsy or call them your own works.
You may not alter any original works of Jen Maddocks Designs in whole or in part and then claim them as your own.
You may not use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
File sharing is prohibited.
I am not responsible to you, any person, or organization for any loss and/or damages arising in any manner out of the use of the content often Maddocks Designs. Though I have taken care to see that all of the files are in good working order, users assume their own risk. If any file becomes corrupted, or has errors, please contact me for replacement.
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. This license is not in any way, shape or form transferable.
All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits are retained by Jen Maddocks Designs with all rights reserved. Kits are for personal use only. No other use is hereby authorized. No commercial use is authorized.
Please be sure to credit Jen Maddocks Designs, Kit Name and Element.
You are not required to, but if you are published, I would love to hear from you so I can keep an eye out for your published work.

This license extends to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred, resold, redistributed or sublicensed.
The item you purchase cannot be resold, shared, loaned or redistributed on its own or used in a product for sale where the product itself can be extracted.
You MAY use this product in the creation of FINE ARTWORK that you offer for sale, your client work both personal and professional, projects or layouts created for clients (ie Scrap for Hire, or Scrap for Others (S4H/S4O)) and must be offered as a flattened image where items cannot be extracted.
You MAY NOT redistribute or post these items to the internet for any reason.
You MAY NOT resell these designs as they are.
You MAY NOT mix these elements with other designs and sell them as digital scrapbook designs.
You MAY NOT use my product for Commercial Use, digital scrapbook products, or any derivative. (These are NOT materials for other digital scrapbook designers.)
You MAY NOT use this product to give away as a freebie.
You MAY NOT create brushes, actions, presets, digital textures, cutting files, templates, page templates, quick pages, etc. and redistribute them in any way.
You MAY NOT use these products for “print on demand” type listings on sites such as Etsy, CafePress, Big Cartel, Minted, blog shops, etc.
You MAY NOT use my products for pornographic, racial or other offensive purposes.
