Description
The sea is mesmerizing. It can take your breath away both literally and figuratively. Just look at the many words and expressions that originate with our relationship with the sea and you can see the great significance of it: "All hands on deck", "Batten down the hatches", "Castaway", "Dead in the Water", "Hail from" and so on. One of my most favorite quotes about the sea is this one from D.H. Lawrence, Whales Weep Not: “They say the sea is cold, but the sea contains the hottest blood of all, and the wildest, the most urgent.” It was this quote I was most thinking about when creating this kit filled with fabulous things from the deep.
