Knocked Out

I did not make it to the 4th round of the Little Dreamer Apprentice Program.  I'm a little surprised and A LOT bummed.  I hate...I'm using the word hate here...popularity contests.  Here's my entry that you will not see on the Little Dreamer site.  Since it was going to be free anyway I'll put it on my site as a freebie.  No sense in you missing out.  You can download it here.

In other news I am sick again...yes it is my lung...I'm pretty much back to where I was at the beginning of this fiasco.  Nice.  I went to the doctor today.  She is ordering the chest CT come hell or high water.  Corey is leaving for 5 days on a mountain biking trip.  AND the girls have been acting like complete brats.  Joy.  So I think I'll take some time off, lick my wounds, get some sleep and maybe I'll feel better, both physically and emotionally in a few days...or maybe longer.  Who knows.  The good news...the world will go on...with or without me!  TTFN.

    Jen, you are awesome, awesome artist and true digital artist, don't let this to get to you. I am really worry that you are sick again, ask them if you can take some complex vitamins for getting stronger, you have to keep your stomach with food though with that you would feel a lot better and that would help. Keep tight we are here for you. Ann

    I came to your blog today because I am headed out with R2 on a field trip to the Botanical Gardens. I am looking for your photos of went you went on a similar trip with one of your girls. Then I found your kit. I can't wait to use it. I am so glad you had the courage to enter. I can't even muster up that.

    I'm a completely shocked... and confused... yours were the best there... but then like you I too HATE HATE HATE those popularity contests... it's just like the SBE one... the only thing good that came out of it... was meeting you... and look here it is nearly what 2 years!!! I'm blessed to have you in my life... and we both know God is good... He has a plan... I will be praying something WONDERFUL will come from this experience for you.... {{hugs}} Michelle

    I am shocked and dismayed! I thought your brushes were amazing, goofy people! Hmmp! I know your a bit down right now and you have a reason to be! But keep that chin up and do NOT give up! You are an Awesome artist and you will find your niche and will be loved by all...Be patient, lick your wounds and then come back strong and resilient! I am glad your Doctor is determined you have a CT scan, it's about time. Keep me posted, I'm praying for you. Ouch to Corey being gone maybe you can have some Mommy/Daughter time with the girls. Sorry they're being brats. School is almost out and soon you'll have them all day - every day for a few months, ugh! And I'll be there to give you a big hug and laugh with you over their antics.
