There is this great restaurant over in Lakewood called Casa Bonita and we went this weekend. We have friends that go and take their kids. They have explained it but you just can't quite "get it" until you go their yourself. So we got in line and went through all the winding pathways, got our food and headed up the ramp and as soon as it opened up and the kids could see everything they were jumping up and down and squealing and pointing and saying, "Oh, look at this!" and "Oh, look at that!"
There is a stage in the middle of the seating area with a waterfall next to it. All around this are tables and they are tucked into every little nook and cranny. It is such a neat place. My friend told me the food was ok but you don't go there for the food you go there for the atmosphere. I found this to be true...the food wasn't bad...but if you want really good Mexican food...well you know what I'm trying to say.
After we ate we took the tokens we got and went to find the games. There were lots of video games. Our favorite and best turned out to be the skee ball. Ava turned out to be the best...ehem...big surprise there.
